There is something called the x86 project, I'm not sure I'm allowed to go into much detail about it, but Google is your friend there.

One thing to keep in mind, running MacOSX on anything besides Mac Hardware has some well known glitches, and some Mac communities will shun you for it.

The best advice I can give, if you want a Mac so badly, go get one.
