i have buy call of duty4 modern warfare

i want to install it when it finished i want to play he said u must install DirectX at least v 9.0
i search on google i didn't have any answer!!

plz can any one help please

Click cancel when it asks to install directx 9 and just load as long as you have the newest version of wine it should just work.

Load graphics settings and untick depth of field and soften smoke and it works fine.

I installed a nocd patch which may or may not be needed.

Never tried installing diablo but installing directx in wine is not a good idea even though I've seen countless people recommend it. Appdb is your friend.

and grabbing and adding the dll's as needed.
