Everything runs great excepting the "~" key so I cant access to the console, I tried to create an userconfig.cfg in my cstrike directory but it didn't helped. (maybe i did it wrong, I've never done it before, I only entered bind "*" toggleconsole).
Any clues what am I doing wrong or what should I do?
