Doubled Plasma Curly-Q in KDE 4.1.1

Ever since upgrading to KDE 4.1.1 (from KDE 4.1), I've had two versions of the "Curly-Q" that appears in the top-right of the Plasma desktop (see attached picture). They're slightly offset from each other so it makes for a weird fuzzy effect. Has anyone else seen this?

i have had it, but it was gone after i zoom out and added 2 other activity. And zoom in again
