Citadel mail server questions

Hello,

I've successfully installed Citadel (Woo!)

I've been searching for some features that I can't find on their knowledge base or Google...maybe someone has seen how to do this.

I'm using webcit from Firefox. Previous to Citadel, I was using Thunderbird and Sylpheed (POP not IMAP) to download mail from my ISP.

Can Citadel have a draft folder to save emails in? Nowhere on webcit can I see a 'save as draft' option.

I have emails in both Thunderbird and Sylpheed. Is there a way to import from mbox my email into Citadel? If so, how would I do this?
