I'm trying to share files from my Ubuntu desktop to my XP laptop. I am trying to map the network drive on the laptop but it does not see anything under "entire network". I have an XP desktop on the network and that desktop and my Ubuntu desktop can see each other. The two desktops are connected through ethernet to a router and they can see each other, so is there something up with the wireless that doesn't allow me to see it? I have enabled File and Printer sharing on the wireless laptop but don't know what else to do.

Well, It's my brother's work laptop that I was trying to connect with and it was connected on a domain. I changed it to our workgroup and was prompted to restart the computer and now we cannot login. I assume we need the admin's UN/PW... anyone know how to reset this on an XP laptop? I'm browsing other forums since it's not so much Ubuntu related at this point, but figured it couldn't hurt to ask.
