Trying to get graphics correct ( another thread )and last attempt ended with such bad graphics I was unable to do anything . Now how do I use booting in safe mode to undo my most recent change to the graphics ?

Could you link to your previous thread, or give more details about what you did/what graphics card you have?

Boot to recovery mode, select xfix ...

Screen resolution - widescreen

was the name of the thread in this forum but dont know how to link

Boot to recovery mode, select xfix ...

I must have selected continue booting because ended up with the same unreadable screen so ended up doing a reinstall

But as I will still be changing things etc when I use xfix what will happen ? Will it let me just undo my previous actions or is something like Windows restore available

edit: once again screen unreadable so used xfix and it worked
