Hey guys the problem here is I had my wireless card in network manager but by my usual nature I installed ndis - wrapper
And then wireless is just not working
So i removed ndis wrapper using package manager but no help
I can see the exact card I've, using commands given in some posts but its not available in network manager so can anybody please tell me what the wrong happened here
What can be the solution
Thank you very much

what card is it? if it is broadcom, try system-administration-hardware drivers and see it there is a box which you can tick

Thanks meborc I'll keep that in mind for broadcom devices. Anyway mine is intel only and I'm using it without any problem after reinstalling ubuntu just to let everyone know
There is absolutely no need of ndiswrapper for intel drivers

And i guess for my previous installation the problem was with rarin package does anybody know something?
