Upgrading to MythTV Trunk Unstable (0.22)

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to upgrade the MythTV module of mythbuntu 8.04 to version 0.22 (from svn). I have a Hauppauge HD-PVR an I need the latest version of MythTV for it to work.

Is there a weekly build somewhere with 0.22 that I could just upgrade to? If not, would purging the current MythTV module, downloading and compiling/installing the 0.22 version work? I assume I would lose all GUI shortcuts in GNome...

I'm also interested in the answer to this question. I'd like to get an HD-PVR. Have you found out anything?

Thanks laga. I think I will be using that when the plugins become available. I use MythVideo and MythArchive pretty extensively. I'll be getting my HD-PVR in October, can't wait!

Any update on the plugins for 0.22? Will 0.22 have weekly builds once 8.10 is released, or will the weekly trunk builds still be based on 0.21?

As 8.10 mythbuntu has now been released, has any one seen any updates on whether .22 (trunk) will be avalible soon, or whether we have to wait for 9.04?
