TV Tuner for old computer

I was wondering if there was a cheap tv tuner for a PC with the following :

P3 700 MHZ
1 GB RAM
40 HD

Cable provider : Charter Commactions

Card has to be PCI

Are you looking for analog NTSC recordings? If so you'll want a hardware encoder like the Hauppage PVR-150.

There are a number of smaller vendors online that still sell it, but the best place is probably ebay, since the cards are so old...
