need an alternative for bitcomet

i recently shifted to ubuntu frm vista (_l_)

actually i m behind a squid proxy whch restricts access to net :(

we hav a limitation on downloads too...max is 5mb :((

in windows..i m able to bypass that 5mb limit using bitcomet 0.94

but i really dunno how bitcomet bypasses that limit..

can som1 help me find an alternate for bitcomet for ubuntu pls..

The best way to address this situation is to discuss the bandwidth limits with your network's administrator. I've closed this thread, as any other answer is against the rules and spirit of this forum.
