disk quota question

hi everyone....

i have a partition that support user quota and group quota....

i also use a php website to create users on windows active directory and create folders on my ubuntu samba server....
i also use winbind...
my question is, is there is a way to automate user quotas that is when a user is created , its quotas are set too automatically

please help...
