usb card reader read only problem

Hi! I am having a small issue with my card reader. Apparently, it likes to give me read only permissions when it feels like it. Is there any advice as to how to make the card reader allow full rights to me?

more info added. If I insert the card, i get a read only. If i eject it and pop it back in, my permissions are returned to read and write instead of only read. How can I fix this?
