Under Keyboard Preferences -> Accessibility, "Allow to turn accessibility features on and off from the keyboard is OFF"

Under Mouse Keys, "Allow to control the pointer using the keyboard is OFF"

Occasionally I type on the number pad and no digits appear, then I realise the mouse is moving. I check, and this setting has switched itself on. I want it OFF, ALWAYS.

Is this a known bug? I can't find it mentioned anywhere. I'm not able to reproduce it, it just happens sometimes in the middle of a session.

I had the same problem in Fedora.
It was Shift+NumLock which I accidently mistyped (instead of Shift-Home).

Shift+Numlock turns off mouse keys.

Thanks for that, I must have been hitting it as I typed '+' on this laptop.

But the key combo should have no effect if "allow to turn accessibility on/off from the keyboard" is off, I'll look for a bug in Gnome, thanks for reminding me about this thread!
