I didn't click on the link, but I assume it involves little cranial injections that read brain waves? Its some pretty amazing technology that I've been following for 3 or so years now. They've gotten monkeys to learn how to feed themselves with robotic arms. I wonder when we'll get robotic legs/exoskeletons controlled by your brain.
