Der Untergang of AGP

Is the 6800GT the last great card for AGP? The shift to PCI-express taking place far more rapidly than I thought it would, no new technologies seem to be released for the AGP. Webshops already carries alot more pci-x cards than AGP. The 7800 doesn't seem to be released in AGP versions, neither does the 6800GS.
And the 7200, 7600 problably wont match the performance of a 6800 GT anyway. What do you guys think? Should one wait until February to buy one last AGP card?

Yes Agp is dying
There will be no 7800 for Agp as far as i know
I have heard rumor about that radeon x1800xt comes to agp ,but that is a very unsure source:(
So the Agp are going the same way as Pci after what i see.
