Really this Auto Uncapitalisation is really irritating indeed.
[-x
Why the hell is this here. Look at the above smiley, yes it does not work because the X is being uncapitalised.
And this is just a minor part. This uncapitalisation is extremely irritating in each and every part of the forum and what do you guys gain from this is out of my comprehension really.

Please mods and admins get rid of this mess.
Please.

could you give some other examples of what you are talking about as I have no idea what the problem is. I haven't noticed any behavior like this.

I am cheCking this So CaLLeD CaPiTALization FIXING!!!!! no, i'm not trying to scream. [-X (not sure what kind of smiley that is anyway)

edit: It appears to be your browser, kind sir. Nothing to do with the website. Do you have a grammar/spell-checking program or extension installed?

At least it keeps you from yelling unintentionally?

Testing:
[-X =[-X

EDIT: worked just fine for me.

I've noticed this too, on a semi-random basis. Sometimes when you quote text, it will be changed to all lower case or just the first letter capitalized.

This is what I am talking about.

example:

[-x
How much I have tried to captialize the x, it will be uncapitalised.

THIS IS REALLY TIRING

EDIT: Strange? Works here. Maybe the problem is only in the Cafe and Cafe Games?

This would seem to be a browser issue

Nope. Happening with Firefox too. (I posted in the BUMP thread to test)

For all caps posts you need at least 1 lowercase letter [-X

There was something about this on the vBulletin feature page, but I can't find out where it is.

Yes, but that's because I messed up the first time (left everything caps) and had to edit my post.

Any updates? Or finding of the root cause of the problem?

I am only guessing, but I would bet it is a "feature" to prevent shouting posts. At least we understand better how it works... just have to include at least one lowercase letter in your post.
