VM can not find ethernet controller driver

Hello there:

After i installed windows server 2008 on the virtual machine, i found system can not find ethernet controller driver. I did not see that problem when i installed windows server 2003 on that VM.

Anyone have any idea or meet the same problem?

Maybe not a direct answer, but have you tried searching the VMware Workstation forums?

I did some quick searching (windows 2008 network), and found a few threads about some network issues and that 2008 is supposedly not supported under VMware 6.
