Compiler like Turbo C?

Is there any compiler which works exactly on Linux. One in which the interface is similar.

Rhide (http://www.rhide.com/) is a turbo C like IDE. I think I read somewhere it is not under much development now, but I used to use it maybe 10 years ago in an MS DOS environment and kind of like it :)
