I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card, PSU and processor (maybe more). Just wondering what recommendations you have. I have found three products which may be good, as follows:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-HD-4870-512MB-PCI-E/dp/B001BN3WZ0/ref=pd_sbs_ce_njs_5
http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCZ-StealthXStream-Gamers-Power-Supply/dp/B000UNVNGM/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1218987795&sr=8-8
http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-Athlon-6000-Dual-Core-Processor/dp/B000MNA07I/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1218988230&sr=8-8

I have a few questions also;
Are ATI cards, especially new ones, friendly with Ubuntu?
What are the new quad cores like?
Will I need to have any extra cooling when using the above?

I have about 200-300 to play with but would like my next upgrade to last as long as possible. Not exactly a heavy gamer, more like moderate, so I'm not looking for some high-end GPU with enough intake to power the entire UK.

Thanks.

Seems I have, I apologise. I have no recollection of it in my old age.
