I'm trying to download additional language support for additional languages but it appears the ubuntu mirror site here in the U.S. is having issues.

Is there a way to change the mirror site ubuntu downloads from???

If so what would be the step-by-step procedure.

its in administration -> software sources.

Go to System -> Administration -> Software Sources and choose a server from "Download from:" drop menu.
