What program in Linux has this ability. I used to be able to use Nero in my Windows days.

mandvd, tovid and scripts made with mencoder, ffmpeg and dvdauthor will also do the trick. mandvd is the easiest ive found if you want to create menus and such, although i havent tried devede

The devede one seemed the best.

Definitely DeVeDe. It's light, fast, and keeps it simple.
