[SOLVED] PAL conversion?

Hi there,

I have a Sony Vaio VGC-LS1 machine with a built in TV Tuner NTSC board.

When Ii try watching some European ie SEC AM/PAL, the display & audio becomes distorted.

I don't wanna open the machine since its integrated with the main board, Is there any device that would convert PAL /SEC AM signal to NTSC??
