Hi,
please remove the HOWTO: Peerguardian Installation and automatic updates
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=95793
Reason: it is not supported anymore (criteria #10 of "Criteria for threads in the Tutorials and Tips section", http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=677396 ), the thread starter has Last Activity: March 17th, 2006.
Further it relates to software with dead upstream:
- the developers of peerguardnf (Linux) are MIA since 2006.
- most parts of the additional script were written by me, but I don't develop that anymore (the successor is moblock-control).
Instead it is suggested to use similar software (MoBlock or IPBlock) instead as I always answer in that thread since quite a long time.
Thanks
