fingerprint reader busted m1330

Hey all, I just received my new m1330 today and i was trying to get the fingerprint reader going. Unfortunately I can't get any scans to work using tf-tool. Is there any other troubleshooting that can be done?

unfortunately i tried this and all i get are failed swipes? i guess it must be a hardware problem.

I just received the M1330 as well and I guet 100% failed swipes!

This may sound obvious, but I had this trouble a while ago, and I used LCD cleaner to wipe the fingerprint reader clean (on the outside) and it helped.
