First install the virtualbox from their website, select your operating system and download the .deb package:
https://cds.sun.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/WFS/CDS-CDS_SMI-Site/en_US/-/USD/ViewProductDetail-Start?ProductRef=innotek-1.6-G-F@CDS-CDS_SMI

You can install that package by double-clicking on it and then try to run it from Applications > System tools > Sun xVM virtualbox

After that, well you're pretty much on your own, experiment a bit with the program
