Just came back at work from vacation and i am bored to death... I count everything: minutes, keyboard buttons, my smoking filters... JESUS!!! Help...

Is it that the hole year we live a stupid, boring life without realizing that we could live better/differently (like when on vacation)?
Do we do something wrong??? I even lost my Linux appetite!

You think that's bad?

When I see stuff like this, I feel grateful for what I have:

You are right... My bad... But even this seems to be something we are missing. Programming, developing, designing.... But we don't see as far as we should... What do we do about this???

don't worry about stuff you can't control.

Some things are not so complicated as they look. I, myself, surely can't control the above situation. But if everybody thinks the way you suggest, nothing would ever change...

Anyway, i think the thread took a direction that was not supposed to. Glad to see it reaching another level though...I just wanted to express my disappointment for getting back to work after vacation. Thanks for your replies.

Really all you have to do is just realize that if you don't like where you are, figure out where you want to be, how to get there, and start working on it. Oh, and enjoy the journey.
