Wireless for several users

Okay here's the prob: I have Hardy (64-bit i think) set up running nicely. I have a Belkin wireless card and a router from my ISP which is some Siemens thing (hard to tell exactly what). Anyway, I have user account for me with admin rights and one for my wife without admin rights. If I turn on the PC and log in as me, wireless is already connected and working fine. If I then log off and switch to my wifes account she has wireless connection too. HOWEVER, if we turn on the computer, and she logs on first, neither of us have wireless, although I can sometimes get it started in my account. What I want is automatic connection to the internet whichever user logs on first. Any thoughts?
