invisible added buttons in openoffice 2.4

hello all

I just upgraded from open-office 2.3 to ooffice 2.4
I tried to add some buttons it seems all worked but the buttons are invisible . if i'm trying to check the menu->view->toolbars->customize i can see them there, but not on the toolbar itself (when writing a document)
