I will be teaching a generic high school resource room next school year. My district is using the Novanet educational software as it's base. It runs on OS X and Windows. Has anyone had any luck running any specific emulator getting it to run on Ubuntu? My personal laptop is running Ubuntu, and I would hate to have to reinstall windows just to access this one program.

Anyone have any luck?

Sorry to bump this old topic, but I'm in the same boat. I have Evolution replacing Outlook, ies4linx replacing IE, and Oo3 replacing M$ Office.

We use novanet at the school and I would like to run it on my Ubuntu laptop.

Anyone have any success in this area?

...And a bump from the depths of time :) - I'm in the same boat here, trying to use edubuntu on some older machines we have, and wondering if anyone has had success running NovaNet.

Anyone?
