I'm sure this isn't a new topic or anything, but does steam naturally run very very slow for everyone? I mean, the whole steam interface, from clicking on menu's etc. Not so much loading app's. I guess it's not a big deal, can't complain since every steam game I have runs like the wind.

I share that experience. Steam runs very slowly both in WINE and in Windows. But games run pretty well.
