Offline for a while...

I haven't been very active lately, so this is probably a "who cares?", but...

I'll be offline for a while, as I am moving from California back to my home state of Georgia & I'm driving. Since I plan on taking it very easy (hey, it's a 13 year old car!), I'm thinking probably 5-6 days to make the trip.

I'll log in as soon as I get semi-settled & an ISP connection there.

Dang I'm about to drive from Houston Texas to Los Angeles this summer in a 40 year old Volkswagen. Now that is scary!:cool:

Made it! Actually, I arrived here in Woodstock, GA on Tuesday morning - this is the first chance I've had to connect my laptop to my brother's ISP connection for any length of time. He suggested I use his computer, but - a "foreign" Windows system? Thanks, I'll wait'll I can get Ubuntu online...

Surprisingly, my '92 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera made it without a hiccup and returned c. 32MPG in the process!

I'm still gonna be somewhat erratic in my activity here - getting semi-settled, looking for a job and an apartment, etc. I'll be back when I can...
