obtaining football (soccer) fixtures & results (RSS?)

i've decided to write myself a program to maintain my fantasy football team selection, anyway i need to obtain the (UK) premiership table, fixtures and results of each week.

Was wondering if anyone else has done something similar and can share where they got this data from? (was hoping some site offers APIs or even rss)

any ideas?
