Anyone have any idea if I'd be able to install Fedora and get it running well on this Eee PC:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B001BYB60W/distrowatch-20

It's got 1gb RAM and a 16gb hard drive, so I figured it might work.

I've been using Ubuntu and Mint for almost two years now, but I'd like to get familiar with Fedora (largely because it seems like most companies that use Linux use Redhat, also because I'd like to try an rpm-based distro). I figured that the Eee PC would be good for studying since it's so small and portable.

try Eeedora (http://complexvalues.com/). it is essentially fedora with all the needed drivers and tweaks for the eeepc. another rpm based distro to think about is mandriva. the mandriva one cd has native support for the eeepc also.
