Mythbunu "How To" guide

Is there a comprehensive guide on "How To" use and manage Mythbuntu? How do I learn "How To" do things like tune channels, make and manage recordings, watch one channel while recording another, and all the tweaks and methods by which one makes this resource perform to its capability? Does there exist a "User's Manual" for MythTV that provides this info?
A newbie needs to know.
