If there would be an encrypted channel (e.g. Premiere HD) which could be decrypted by additional hardware like Alphacrypt Classic CAM...
Would there be a possibility to use it?

Video stream decryption must typically be done by the tuner device (usually a set-top box). I don't know anything about Alphacrypt except that it looks like a PCMCIA card... so I'm guessing they design it to work with certain set-top boxes.

Yes. 3 party cams usualy works.
