I'm sorry I don't have a screen shot of this to show you at the moment, but I can try to describe it as best I can. I'm certain this is a bug (I restarted the whole system just to make sure......... old habit from using windows... anyway...).

So I was creating a lot of text based graphics pretty quickly with gimp, and all of a sudden when I clicked File>Save As, the window that came up looks like it should (layout wise), but all of the words are missing. You can't tell what pathname you are currently browsing, you don't know what you just clicked on.... but if you "pretend" to highlight the file name and you've not changed the browser path by accident you can type in a file name a save a new file (that's why I waited till the middle of the night to post about this).

The only solution I've found is to restart gimp... and while it works for one file, it fails for the next (or perhaps the one after the next). I am just wondering if anybody else has encountered this recently?
