How 'safe' is it?

You worried about the new plans for UK isp's or something? I'm not really and couldn't give two shits. I enable it but i'll still allow unencrypted traffic.

kinda.
I don't download everyday, I download the odd thing here and there (once a month).
Is it worth it?

encrypting your torrents hides the fact that the traffic going into and out of your PC is bittorrent so ISP's can't selectively throttle it but it will not hide your IP from other torrenters(as they do need to know where to send the chunks).

Right,
But if the throttle it. I can just change port. righT?

yeah, its throttled by checking the headers not the port. encrypting gets through the throttling unless they throttle all encrypted traffic in which case they suck.

Ah, I see. Thanks :)
Yeah, They havent throttled anything yet. (not that i've seen off)

What about move to port 443, would that make any differance?
