Internet?

Hey Ubuntu World ):P

I just installed ubuntu on my powerbook g4 "12" but i can get on the internet does anyone know how i can fix this.:confused:

we need to see what chipset you have. Run these commands in terminal(applications -> accessories -> terminal):sudo lshw -sanitize -C network
ifconfig

Never mind I got it working.

But how can it tell if i have wirless sorry if thats a dumb ?

Unplug all the wires from your laptop and if you still have internet, you have a wireless internet connection. I know that may sound like a joke response, but it's the truth.

the above commands will also help with the wireless.

Well i gusse i dont have wireless but ill live lol. i mean my powerbook has be "dead" for about 2+ years till i found ubuntu and fixed it so whatever lol
