What is your favourite Gnome theme? I am keeping it pretty basic right now using Clear Looks with slightly modified colours. I have tried a couple new themes from Gnome-Look.org, but am still looking for one I want to keep as my permanent theme.

I am still looking for a favorite. I usually mix and match to make my own. Here is one I really like though:

First choice - Murrine. Second - Aurora (could be first, but it is slow)
And I'm in love with Tango icons! XD

The one I created. ;)

It's in my sig. I like pixmap themes because of the creative aspect. But also like straight up coded engines due to the refined look of the widgets.

I'm currently using the blue, but the background it plain gray instead of the bluish tint.

I tried installing it. Didn't return any errors, but how do I use the engine?
Anyway, my theme (and very recent..) uses carbonfibre controls, switched the selected items from blue to darkish red. Windowborder is NewHuman, from the theme being developed for intrepid, I believe. Icons are Black-White 2 Style.. Not sure the exact name on that one.. It should be in gnomelook under black-white 2..
Also, I use AWN with a carbonfibre theme on it.. It doesn't sound like it all matches, but I think it looks nice.
I'll post a screenshot.

(And the panel at the bottom is just so that my windows don't get cut off by AWN.. It's not perfect. So I just fix what I dislike about it.)

Oh, also.. I've been trying to add a blade cursor from a CurXPTheme file, but I'm having problems with a broken symlink, and as I don't know anything about cursors or actually making themes in any way, I don't see it likely to get fixed. (Unless I go ask for help. I suppose I could do that.)
Plus a turbine wallpaper, both from this gallery, from tommy999999's deviantart.. (Really quite the artist.)

(BTW, the turbine wallpaper looks just fine it's just the cursor I haven't gotten working yet.)

I am absolultely loving kims-area.com
His AIR theme is absolutely stunning and easy to use. For the very first time i have had my nautilus sidebar icons soo compact! I have modded his theme to look a bit like vista.. just cuz i like vista's design style. so now have a panel that looks like vista and a the menubar that looks like vista. but the rest is still the same. and it freakin rocks.
