I want to submit my package

I want to submit my Zawgyi Keyboard Package ( Zawgyi font is widely use in Myanmar Internet User ). How to submit it ? I edit from main source mm keyboard. I add new Zawgyi Keyboard in Myanmar Keyboard. I want to submit to Ubuntu package server. How to submit it ?
