I have an Ubuntu 8.04 server running samba & cups as a print server and everything is working great except one little thing... I've setup all the printers to use the PS drivers from the manufacturer so that my users have the same UI and options that they are used to. One printer driver (Ricoh Afficio 5560) displays a different interface to the clients when they connect to the samba server.

I've verified that the driver is the same one on the samba server and win2k3 server.

Any ideas what to look at to see why the clients see a different UI if they print thru the samba server vs the win2k3 box?
