Sansa e250 update

I just bought a sansa e250 mp3 player.......it does not have an option for msc mode which I gather you must have in order for it to work properly.........I downloaded a fix from their website but can't open it .....sansaupdaterinstall.exe.........

How do I get it open?.... and installed in my e250 so I can update the fix?....thanks in advance
