help installing game: The battle for wesnoth

Hi, in order for me to install "Battle for Wesnoth" I have to download the source but I don't know how to actually install the game from source. Can some one help me?

SEARCH THE FORUMS! There is a gaming section here! PS. There is a repository with Wesnoth 1.0.1. Just ask about it on gaming forums ;)

It's in the universe repository. Just use Synaptic or Adept to install it. Should be a couple of clicks deal.

sudo apt-get intstall wesnoth wesnoth-data wesnoth-music wesnoth-httt wesnoth-trow wesnoth-sotbe wesnoth-ei

...and then you got the game plus 4 campaigns from the universe repos.

Add wesnoth-server if you plan on hosting multiplayer games and wesnoth-editor if you plan on making scenarios.
