I think (s?)he means one of those (in my opinion) extremely annoying graphical sigs that take up about half your screen and break up the flow of a thread like a machete through jungle vines. Thank the almighty admins that those are not supported here. I can't visit forums that allow those, it's like advertising in your face all the time.
