maybe you should post this in the backyard. Also why not explain the project?

I'm looking to create something new and gives more than anything out there today. This is no hobby project. This will be commercial and will be it's own. I'm not looking to create an OS project to be depending on Wine and other softwares that need Microsoft or Apple's help. I'm looking for a large team to make exclusive apps, features and more for this OS so it can reign over the desktop, laptop and more.

I'm looking for a devoted team to make this happen. Once I get the right number for my team (which I already have some people already), it's go time!

I'm very very serious about this and want all who contact me serious as well.

Interesting... are you going to make it based on Linux? Don't know how that's gonna fly.

You certainly are quite ambitious about this. You said it would be commercial, will it also be closed-source? If so, I don't know how many strong developers you're going to manage to pull away from the GNU/Linux world, unless of course there are salaries involved.

Exclusive apps? So you want to develop a new OS that is completely stand-alone, without building on what came before? No man is an island, and that probably goes for software as well. And rising to dominate the market, like you seem to want to, isn't exactly easy.

Well, best of luck anyways. If I were a programmer I'd offer to help you out, but I'm just an end-user. Be sure to keep all of us here posted on your progress.
