View Full Version : Smooth fonts on bitmap exports in Inkscape?

When I export images as a bitmap on Inkscape, for some reason, the fonts are horrible and jagged. This is especially noticable on smaller fonts. How can I fix this?

Are you saving it as 24-bit Bitmap?

I'm just saving it as png...how can I tell if it's 24-bit?

I have not idea i don't use InkScape :P
But normally it should tell you if its 16 Bit 24 Bit etc.
Its just the way it compresses the file, and if you are using a low BitMap version then it will compress too much distorting the image.
Generally i use .PNG or .GIF as it is better than anything eles (in my humble mind anyways)

And the answer to the last question. Yes. It is 24bit.
