Has anyone here tried ZevenOS (http://www.zevenos.com/)?
As a live disk, it is an interesting *buntu variant, but unclear regarding which DE it uses. It shows elements of KDE & Xfce.

it uses icewm window manager.

The whole concept is a touch silly. What made BeOS great was the clean design UNDER the hood, not on the outside. Haiku is trying to recreate that powerful simplicity.
