Ok, I recently put Ubuntu on an old desktop. I'm trying to get a "Linksys Wireless G USB network Adapter" to work. The model number is: WUSB854G ver. 4.
I used lsusb in the terminal to try to find the chipset, and found that the ID is 13bl:000d. I'm not sure if thats it, but I don't really know what I'm looking for.
I tried googling for answers and came up with a few different possibilities: Ndiswrapper, the rt2X00 Project.
And if any suggestions would be in simple terms that would be great. ^.^
thanks!
