So I am addressing a few issues with Ubuntu.
I have a Mybook world edition external hard drive, its hooked to my router.
On windows, i normally just go to run and type //hardrivename to access it.
then i just save a shortcut the public folder on the desktop and its a simple double click away.
is there a way to do the same thing in Ubuntu?
THe hard drive is still connected to my router VIA Ethernet cable. i can connect to it with its IP address, but i want to mount it so i can access it by double clicking on it from the desktop, is this possible? I still want to be able to access from my windows machine to.
